Certification Course

This level was developed to introduce you to the knowledge, skills, and necessary foundations to effectively teach the U.Natural Method. This is your first step toward becoming a Certified U.Natural Instructor.

An extension of Level 1, this module features a range of over 25 new exercises and variations, with new teaching methodologies. A complete and unique exercise program for core and strength training, with connections and combinations of advanced moves.

The Method is known around the world for its range of movements and their connections, which make a dynamic and constantly moving class.

This level provides the participant with a new methodology to create long and fluid sequences.
